30-Day Returns
You may return unopened, unused items in their original sealed packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
Items we can't accept
- Opened or used supplements, food or drink products (for health and safety reasons)
- Items without original packaging or with a broken safety seal
- Worn or washed apparel
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
How to start a return
Email us with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll reply with return instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll refund your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
